Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (BSE - Electrical) from an ABET accredited institution required. PE License preferred. Five or more years of relevant engineering experience required. Experience working in facilities or commercial electrical infrastructure design preferred. Building Automation System and/or programmable logic control experience will be considered a plus for potential job candidates.

Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills must be highly adaptable to a changing industry and willing to learn new skills as required, Must be able or willing to learn how to configure and program industrial control systems, Must have or be willing to acquire a working knowledge of industrial networking. Travel between regional offices occasionally and outside of the St. Louis area as needed, Subject to infrequent callouts (nights, weekends) work to support critical operations centers.

$88,500.00 - $172,200.00

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within the organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
