Job summary

Vizient seeks a senior analyst to lead analytics and client engagements within the Facilities Center of Excellence, driving strategic insights and measurable savings for healthcare clients. You will build relationships with senior leaders, manage complex projects, and contribute to practice development.

Required are extensive healthcare consulting/analytics experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly to meet client needs. A relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare consulting/analytic experience.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, estimating, medical equipment procurement, or logistics.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain procurement practices and technology.
• Reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project management principles and tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support P&L growth and strategic initiatives for the Facilities Center of Excellence.
• Plan and manage multiple client projects, serving as project lead as needed.
• Communicate recommendations and strategic insights to senior executives.
• Build relationships with client leaders, including C-suite and facilities stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project work plans and track savings achieved.
• Coordinate activities across client supply chain, facilities, construction teams, and contractors.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for client savings.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and new services.
