Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to support facilities assessment programs for PG&E across California. You will evaluate field data, assist with cost estimates, and provide technical support for teams in multiple locations, with travel to sites such as Davis, Eureka, Fresno, and more.

Strong knowledge of facility assessments in institutional or utility settings is required. The role collaborates with design, construction, planning, real estate, and project controls professionals

Qualifications

• Experience in facility assessments of military, institutional, campus, utility or similar environments.
• Ability to organize, analyze and track information using databases and software.
• Knowledge of project controls and cost estimating.
• 8+ years of relevant building design or assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Locate, evaluate, and report on current conditions of major building systems and components.
• Provide recommendations for remaining service life and repair/replacement actions.
• Inventory building components and identify deficiencies across various building types.
• Advise corrective actions to support cost estimates.
