Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a field relevant to the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update SRP Standard Specifications for architectural divisions.
• Review architectural plans and specs for new/existing buildings, renovations, and remodeling work.
• Identify non-compliance issues and provide corrections to meet codes.
• Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with construction documents and building codes.
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate findings with project stakeholders.
