Job summary

Coalition Glass, a fast-growing facade contractor, seeks a senior project manager to lead total construction efforts for design, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors to deliver complex curtainwall and glazing systems across Hawaii and the Western United States.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management, 8+ years in curtainwall or related fields, and strong skills in reading blueprints, procurement, and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• 8+ years in curtainwall/construction
• Proficient in blue print reading, metal/glass design, fabrication and installation

Responsibilities

• Coordinates post-sale design development, aligns architect/consultant, enhances profitability and reduces risk.
• Analyzes contract documents with GM, sales, and legal to manage risk and profitability.
• Leads means and methods development and revision with the team.
• Defines roles/responsibilities for projects and follows up on assignments.
• Manages vendor buy-outs including RFPs, bids, PO processing and shop drawings.
