American Bridge Company in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Senior Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This hourly-rated role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on layout, fit-up, welding, grinding, carbon arc, and material processing of structural steel.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of steel fabrication experience, reads project drawings, and can pass welding tests for FCAW-G, SMAW, and SAW. OSHA safety and quality are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Welding experience across FCAW-G, SMAW and SAW is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications and WPS.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate welding experience in carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
• Layout structural steel weldments from drawings using standard measuring tools.
• Bolt structural connections and perform fabrication/shop tasks as required.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment such as banding tools, drills, grinders, impact wrenches.
