Sentry Equipment Corp. in Wisconsin seeks a motivated Fabrication Technician to join a hands-on, multi-disciplinary team.

You will perform mechanical and welding assembly, operate fabrication equipment, and maintain ERP records while advancing through Levels I–V to support continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with mechanical assembly, welding, or machine operation.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with robotic systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical and welding assembly per engineering specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, welders, grinders, and hydrotest stations.
• Maintain ERP records of parts and production progress.
• Package products for shipment and safely operate forklifts and cranes.
• Follow PPE and safety policies and participate in lean initiatives.
