The role influences financial performance, staff engagement, and guest experiences while overseeing venue leadership teams onsite.

You will partner with Culinary, Facilities, Sales, and Special Events teams to deliver seamless dining and event experiences, while upholding Canyon

• Experience managing food & beverage operations in luxury settings.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee F&B operations across multiple dining venues and events.
• Develop leaders and colleagues through hands-on coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Facilities, Sales, and Special Events teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Elevate guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and improving service delivery.
• Oversee staff onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and financial performance to meet budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards are followed.
• Create innovative dining experiences aligned with wellness and hospitality goals.
