Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior F-35 Training Systems Site Activation Analyst to support activation of pilot training facilities on CONUS or OCONUS sites. The role involves leading site activation planning, readiness reviews, and interfacing with client teams to drive lifecycle support and project objectives.

The candidate will collaborate with TSS PMO and PSM groups, review technical artifacts, and help shape program strategy while ensuring timely, on-budget delivery in a complex DoD

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with DoD projects and civil or facilities engineering projects.
• Experience with U.S. services or international clients and their projects.
• Experience supporting aircraft facility, hangar, or training site design reviews and site activation.
• Experience with the review, assessment, or development of ship and basing requirements documents such as Facility Requirements Documents (FRDs), Weapon System Planning Documents (WSPDs), or bed down plans.
• Knowledge of the principles,policies, and practices of pilot training system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the deployment of pilot training systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Knowledge ofthe pilot training system equipment lifecycle phases
• Knowledge offederal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and FMS
• Ability to work with pilot training systems or full mission simulators hardware components, and interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, or support site activation meetings and site readiness reviews.
• Drive PSM support objectives alongside program leadership.
• Coordinate lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, and contract requirements.
• Work with clients and review artifacts such as FRDs, WSPDs, and bed down plans.
