ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Senior F-35 Pilot Training Support Analyst to provide programmatic and technical support to the Training Systems & Simulation PMO within the F-35 JPO. The role spans the U.S.

military services, partner nations, and FMS customers, focusing on training requirements, system integration, and secure digital delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive military aviation and training experience, with preferred pilot or rated aircrew background, and must operate within

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP access.
• Bachelor’s degree from a U.S.-accredited institution.
• 10+ years of military aviation, aviation training, training systems, or related experience.
• Experience working within classified program environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior Government and military stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-level planning, coordination, and execution of F-35 Pilot Training activities and forums.
• Manage pilot training requirements from identification through development, delivery, and sustainment.
• Coordinate major training conferences, TSRTs, RSWGs, TIMs, and other enterprise events.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to senior F-35 stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate classified and unclassified discussions with authorization agencies.
• Develop Training CONOPS aligned with service and partner requirements.
• Support security requirements and training product coordination across networks.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
