Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking a Senior F-22 Modernization Project Management Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of the RADAR software development program and future hardware upgrade path.

You will manage cross-functional teams through integration, testing and delivery, applying PM best practices and engaging with senior leaders, suppliers, and government partners to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in a role that requires project management skills.
• Experience in project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures.
• Experience working in a cross functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F-22 RADAR program across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Oversee Agile software development using JIRA with design, coding, and testing teams.
• Drive program performance with coordination with internal teams and partners.
• Influence future F-22 Modernization portfolio growth.
• Engage regularly with senior leadership, suppliers, and mission systems.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
