Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. in Hazelwood, Missouri, seeks an experienced lead for F-15 provisioning and sustainment initiatives.

You will guide the analysis of engineering data, perform top-down breakdowns of provisioned items, and apply expertise in aircraft parts and maintenance data to optimize sustainment for USAF programs. The role requires leading projects and people, overseeing provisioning requirements, and providing life-cycle and inventory insights.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience.
10+ years leading through influence with cross-functional teams.
10+ years using Microsoft Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
5+ years using SLICWave or PowerlogJ.

Responsibilities

Oversee all F-15 provisioning requirements, activities and project initiatives.
Provisioning (Parts Data): determine the range and quantity of support items required to operate and maintain end-item deliverables.
Engineering Data Analysis: analyze engineering source data to identify and recommend spare and repair part requirements.
Inventory Decision Support: provide analytical insights for identifying inventory requirements.
Supportability and Life Cycle Impact: ensure provisioning decisions support initial delivery and lifecycle demands.
