Job summary

Integer is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer in Minnesota who will apply advanced engineering principles to extrusion processes. You will collaborate with Product Development, Operations and Quality to define tooling, parameters and material needs, delivering high-impact projects.

The role requires leadership of engineers, adherence to QMS and FDA regulations, and occasional travel. With 7+ years in engineering and a strong problem-solving background, you will mentor teams, drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related technical field.
7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
Experience producing single lumen, multi-lumen, and vacuum sized polymer tubing.
Strong problem-solving and project management foundations.
Ability to lead and coach other engineers in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and oral communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

Develop extrusion tooling and equipment requirements; determine processing parameters and material needs.
Provide technical expertise to R&D and Production Operations for development and commercial projects.
Plan and develop engineering projects with high impact on major programs.
Supervise up to 4–5 technicians/engineers; coach and mentor others.
Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA, safety, and quality requirements.
Travel occasionally to support cross-site initiatives.
