Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior External Reporting Manager to lead corporate reporting, technical accounting, and statutory statements. You will partner with business leaders, Group Accounting & Reporting, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and strong governance.

You will manage a high-performing finance team, oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and drive automation and digital initiatives across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
• 10+ years in corporate reporting, FP&A, or related finance discipline, ideally in CPG.
• Experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP, tech accounting research, and documentation.
• 3+ years of people leadership, talent development, and vendor mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of consolidations, internal controls, and tax considerations.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, RPA, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and publication of US GAAP financial statements with external auditors.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting submissions for the organization.
• Analyze complex transactions under US GAAP; document conclusions and impact of new standards.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to cross-functional partners (Operations, Tax, Legal, Treasury).
• Lead approvals for restructurings, impairments, acquisitions, divestitures, pension, hedge accounting.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors; supervise audit planning and execution.
• Advise on system implementations to improve reporting processes and controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation using analytics, dashboards, and RPA.
• Promote continuous improvement, agility, and digital transformation across finance teams.
