Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Senior Category Manager, External Manufacturing & CMO Sourcing to define and execute enterprise sourcing strategies with CMOs and CPOs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design a resilient external manufacturing network focused on continuity and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in pharma external manufacturing sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP and sourcing tools like SAP and Coupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12+ years in pharma external manufacturing sourcing, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven experience managing CMO/CPO relationships and negotiating complex manufacturing agreements.
• Strong ERP, procurement systems, and MS Office skills; able to work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop global CMO/ CPO strategies aligned to pipeline and commercial needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract development, and bid evaluations.
• Align with Legal to draft contracts and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Support risk management, continuity planning, and cost optimisation initiatives.
