Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with Tax Preparation, sharpened by Accounts Payable.
• Pattern recognition across finance engagements.
• Ability to learn new finance systems quickly and apply them effectively.

Responsabilités

• Sit beside the Schaumburg controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding.
• Resolve billing disputes and escalated aged receivables for collection.
• Stand up internal controls that survive a surprise audit.
• Field the ad-hoc analyses the CFO needs before Monday.
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts down to the last cent.
