• Stand up internal controls that survive a surprise audit.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Stand up the Liquidity Management close calendar and hold every owner to it.
• Pair Communication reporting with multitasking reviews for a tighter feedback loop.
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting.
