Position Overview

We are seeking experienced External Audit professionals to join a growing Audit & Assurance team supporting clients within the Asset & Wealth Management sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, and other investment management clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform external audit and assurance engagements for Asset & Wealth Management clients.
• Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Apply knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Work closely with engagement teams to execute audit procedures and complete audit deliverables.
• Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and recommend solutions.
• Support planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with engagement management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of external audit experience.
• Strong experience auditing one or more of the following:
• Private Equity Funds
• Hedge Funds
• Asset Management / Wealth Management organizations
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA Certification or active CPA candidate.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 or large public accounting firm.
• Experience leading audit engagements and mentoring staff.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, and audit technology tools.
