Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing exterior and/or interior lighting components.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian automotive lighting regulations.
• Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and release exterior and interior lamps for vehicles.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in lighting components development.
• Create and present technical reports to communicate project status.
