Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 extra years of experience.
• Experience with ITAR licensing and DoD/foreign military export processes.
• Ability to coordinate across government and with international partners.
• Ability to prepare export documentation and policy materials for review.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy interpretation and review export documentation.
• Coordinate with interagency partners on export licensing.
• Support certification under National Disclosure Policy for air systems export.
• Review export license requests and advise on compliance.
• Maintain export authorization documents and compliance tracking.
• Support export engagements and stakeholder coordination.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
