Job summary

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, brand compliance, and rigorous project management. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments and vendor contracts, managing the events warehouse, and ensuring flawless show setup and teardown.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experiential marketing and/or event planning experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Small-scale events and tradeshow coordination experience.
• Project coordination experience in a marketing/sales organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be flexible and able to prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Must be a strategic thinker and strong executer of tactical plans.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and diverse scope.

Responsibilities

• Works with compliance, legal, brand, and other internal entities to make sure all events are managed according to their guidelines.
• Coordinates all shipments for events, working with internal customers and import/export teams to ensure all proper shipping documentation is met.
• Negotiates and implements contracts with vendors and hotels.
• Manages tradeshow and events warehouse and prepares products needed for each show when applicable.
• Attends managed shows when applicable to ensure set up, tear down, and show is executed accordingly.
• Facilitates pre-show meetings and post-show reports.
• Sends detailed show briefs to internal team and stakeholders prior to event.
