Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Marketing Event Specialist in San Diego to lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact corporate events. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors from concept through post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with scope, vision, and budget.

Successful candidates will bring 3-5 years of corporate event experience, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years corporate event experience.
• Experience leading a variety of event types (hospitality programs, corporate functions, and tradeshows).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to provide organized, meaningful solutions under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team members, internal stakeholders and vendors on the planning and execution of events with consideration to overall scope, vision and budget.
• Support event managers on larger, more complex projects within a team environment (pre-planning and/or onsite).
• Assist with all logistical components such as venue sourcing, housing, food and beverage, entertainment, audiovisual production, transportation, signage, promotional materials, etc.
• Additional responsibilities include budgeting and invoicing, agency/vendor management, and working cross-functionally within marketing and other departments within Qualcomm.
• Travel, including weekends and holidays, is required to support onsite event execution.
