Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years' experience at a creative agency, experiential studio, architecture or exhibition practice, or in-house brand design team.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and compelling experiential, spatial, or environmental design.
• Ability to connect storytelling, graphic design, and physical space into a cohesive experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop concepts and designs for experiences, installations, retail doors, and community events.
• Translate creative briefs into spatial ideas, consumer journeys, layouts, and design systems.
• Communicate ideas through sketches, mood boards, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Design across scales from a single interactive element to a fully realized environment.
• Explore materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, signage, and fabrication techniques.
• Partner with producers, agencies, and fabricators to carry designs from concept through installation.
• Adapt designs to different locations, budgets, and production requirements while maintaining the creative vision.
