Qualifications

• Degree or extensive experience in a related design field.
• 3+ years of experience in events, exhibits, or experiential design.
• Strong portfolio; proficiency in SketchUp, LayOut, V-Ray and Adobe Suite.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept Creation: read client notes to propose solutions for events and exhibits.
• Translate ideas into 2D/3D sketches and renderings using SketchUp & V-Ray.
• Collaborate with team; design plans and build methods; maintain timelines.
• Prepare packlists and design drawings with clear documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and events team throughout projects.
• Travel to event sites as needed and support installation and run of show.
