Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a senior-level Exhibit Designer with a strong portfolio of creative, built work to lead core design initiatives for tradeshow and museum exhibits.

The role offers a clear path to growth into a leadership position as head of the design department, based on experience, demonstrated skills, and performance. You will own projects from concept through completion, collaborating with fabrication, I&D, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exhibit Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience designing and detailing museum exhibits, tradeshow exhibits, and permanent displays.
• Experience with 3D rendering and CAD software.
• Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Portfolio showcasing creative examples of built designs.

Responsibilities

• Create custom designs for tradeshow, museum, and corporate clients.
• Develop dynamic design proposal packages to support client sales pitches.
• Coordinate internally with account managers and directly with clients from planning through project execution.
• Produce detail drawings for shop construction and client approval.
• Collaborate with shop personnel during planning and construction phases.
• Partner with the I&D department on new designs and builds to ensure successful on-site installation.
• Independently manage individual projects.

The design team plays a central role, working closely with fabrication, project management, and installation & dismantle (I&D) teams to adapt designs as requirements change, apply lessons from past projects, and pair great design with production efficiency.
