Jacobs is seeking a Senior Experiential / Environmental Graphic Designer in the United States to join our design practice and work directly with the Director of Experiential Design. This hands-on senior role requires translating architectural drawings into buildable, visually compelling signage and wayfinding systems, while balancing aesthetics and durability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience in environmental graphic design.
• Experience with SketchUp or comparable 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable software.
• Understanding of fabrication processes, materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Translate client objectives, brand standards, architectural environments, and user requirements into compelling physical design solutions.
• Develop concepts, design studies, presentations, material palettes, color strategies, typography systems, and environmental applications.
• Develop both 2D and 3D design solutions that communicate design intent clearly to clients, project teams, and fabricators.
• Balance aesthetics, functionality, constructability, budget, code requirements, and long-term durability.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent professional experience
