Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Experiential Designer to lead signage and wayfinding programs for data centers and large campuses across the US.

This hybrid role allows remote work with occasional office collaboration, reporting into a local Jacobs office for meetings. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure ADA compliance and fabrication knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 15+ years' experience as an Experiential Graphic Designer.
• Experience with signage programs for complex environments and ADA/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within Jacobs, as well as client‑side stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance design solutions.
• Oversee project lifecycle from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget; present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Self‑direction and independent production as well as an understanding that project success is reliant on the efforts of the Experiential Graphic Designer.
