Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Designer to drive experiential design for events, activations, trade shows, and branded experiences. You’ll translate brand stories into compelling physical and digital experiences, guiding projects from concept through production while mentoring junior designers.

Based in Woonsocket, RI with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office). 5–7+ years in design, advanced Adobe suite, and strong storytelling and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of graphic design experience in studios, agencies, or corporate teams.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and print production knowledge.
• Ability to create strategic concepts for events and experiential branding.
• Strong presentations, design leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic creative concepts for events, activations, and branded experiences.
• Lead projects from brief to production, managing timelines and priorities.
• Create compelling concept presentations and defend design rationale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for delivery.
• Oversee production quality, materials, color accuracy, and installation support.
• Demonstrate organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
