Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in a design firm, agency, or corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Workfront, Miro, and Mac-based design environments.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging digital technologies, with ability to leverage them to enhance creativity, storytelling, audience engagement, and design innovation.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, file management best practices, and the ability to take projects from concept through print-ready execution with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Portfolio must have strong understanding and experience in developing concepts for events, activations, tradeshows and environmental signage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic creative concepts and design solutions for events, activations, tradeshows and branded experiences that inspire audiences and elevate brand storytelling.
• Apply strategic and creative design thinking to deliver impactful event, activation, and experiential assets, including environmental graphics, print collateral, and digital content.
• Successfully use design skills and knowledge to develop compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand, and meet business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and be a dependable team player.
