Job summary

Datavail is seeking the primary designer on its design services and Design Sprint engagements. You will lead user research, map current and future state journeys, design and prototype the solution, and test it with users.

As an individual contributor, you will facilitate discovery workshops using the DRIVE framework, train others to run them, and collaborate with delivery teams to validate usability and business outcomes in production.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in experience design.
• Proven ability to plan and run user research with actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and design sprints.

Responsibilities

• Plans and runs user research to inform design.
• Maps current and future state journeys and prototypes solutions.
• Tests designs with users and validates usability and business outcomes.
• Maintains design methods and templates.
• Works with delivery teams on backlog and ensures production usability.
