Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experience & Compliance Senior Specialist for the New Brunswick, NJ area. The role concentrates on Experience operations, governance, and stakeholder management across North America, with emphasis on compliance, audits, and process transformation.

Responsibilities include leading complex workstreams, supporting ESHEATment and asset recovery, and driving continuous improvement with automation and digital enablement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, or related field.
Experience leading complex workstreams as senior SME.
Fluency in English; additional language a plus.
Knowledge of SAP ERP MM and FI modules.

Responsibilities

Serve as North America SME for Experience operations and escalations.
Support SOX controls, tax compliance, audits, and remediation.
Lead or support AP transformation and regional projects.
Act as North America SME for Escheatment and Asset Recovery.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and capability development.
Identify automation and digital enablement opportunities.
