Job summary

UCT is seeking an Expeditor III in Phoenix, AZ to ensure timely delivery of materials and jobs to meet production schedules. You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor workflow progress, and resolve delays, supporting production continuity through analysis of schedules and drawings.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.
• Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive deliveries to meet the production schedule.
• Understand production schedules and process/sequence.
• Identify delays and communicate needs to action owners.
• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
• Compile and review production schedules, reports, and status/location.
• Demonstrate understanding to the customer through words and drawings.
• Create day-to-day job-specific information via detailed drawings and customer specifications.
