Crates roll in, crews check radios, and you step onto the floor with drawings in hand. By nightfall, a brand-new environment—graphics lit, doors aligned, tech humming—stands client-ready because you led the install and solved the surprises the real world always throws at you. When you’re not on the road, you’re in our Mooresville shop making sure every project assembles exactly as intended before it ever ships. This isn’t a conveyor-belt assembly job—it’s the last mile that makes everything work.What You’ll Lead in the FieldTravel across the U.S. to trade shows, experiential activations, corporate events, and client sites for installations and dismantles.Assemble custom exhibits, cabinetry, millwork, scenic elements, fixtures, and branded spaces.Lead or collaborate with installation crews and onsite labor, coordinating tasks and pacing.Integrate graphics, lighting, electronics, TVs, shelving, and hardware into the finished build.Interpret drawings to determine intended assembly and connection methods.Troubleshoot misalignments, site constraints, and last-minute changes with calm precision.Deliver spotless, functional, accurate installations that are truly client-ready.Represent Breakthrough Productions professionally with clients, vendors, venues, and other trades.Backgrounds in cabinets, millwork, trade shows, exhibits, scenic, retail fixtures, or commercial install are a major plus.What You’ll Own in the ShopBetween trips, you’ll ensure our builds are dialed in before they leave our doors.Assemble completed components into partial or full mock-ups.Confirm everything fits together the way it was designed.Test doors, drawers, hinges, locks, panels, shelves, lighting, electronics, and hardware.Verify connection points and installation techniques for reliability and speed.Ensure efficient assembly, disassembly, and reassembly workflows.Compare finished work to shop drawings and approved renderings.Identify issues early and help correct them long before showtime.Goal: find problems in our shop—not at the client’s event.Final Project PrepYou’ll coordinate with Production, Procurement, Project Management, and Shipping to confirm every detail is accounted for.
