Qualifications

• Strong mechanical intuition and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read shop and assembly drawings.
• Cabinet or millwork installation experience (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of hardware, fasteners, hinges, and connection/installation methods.
• Onsite troubleshooting and field adjustments.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the United States for installations and dismantles at trade shows, experiential activations, corporate events, and client sites.
• Assemble exhibits, cabinetry, millwork, scenic elements, fixtures, and branded spaces.
• Lead or coordinate installation crews and onsite labor.
• Integrate graphics, lighting, electronics, TVs, shelving, and hardware.
• Interpret drawings to determine assembly methods and connection points.
• Troubleshoot misalignments and site constraints with calm precision.
• Ensure installations are spotless, functional, and client-ready.
