Eaton Corporate is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to support the EMEA region. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant, your role involves leading and driving executive-level (senior manager, director, vice president, etc.) recruiting efforts from search initiation through successful onboarding. You will work with a research associate to identify target companies and relevant potentials.
You will partner with senior leaders, business partners, and colleagues across various internal functions, including Human Resources, Compensation, Relocation, Immigration, HR Technology, and Information Technology. Your goal is to deliver a best in class end-to-end executive recruiting and hiring experience for your internal clients and candidates.
Leveraging systems to identify, engage, and recruit top passive talent is a crucial part of your role. As an advisor, you will present market data and relevant candidates during regularly scheduled status calls with key stakeholders, adhering to confirmed timelines. You will lead a seamless communication process, keeping all relevant parties up to date and collaborating with a Human Resources Business Partner who will help orchestrate the interview team and ensure a red carpet experience for candidates and clients.
Additionally, you will collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and business leaders and create and drive the search strategy.
