Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior communications leader to develop and execute enterprise communications aligning with NGA priorities. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive messaging, talking points, and briefings for decision-making and workforce engagement.

The candidate will plan high-visibility events, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive change management for adoption of key programs across the Intelligence Community and international partners.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management for IC/DoD
• Experience advising senior executives and producing executive communications
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and align cross-audience messaging

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level messaging, talking points, and briefings that support decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and workforce engagement.
