CHAOS Industries is seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top leadership talent for a growing defense-focused portfolio. You will partner closely with the executive team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to build strong pipelines for senior and executive roles that align with our mission and values.
Based in California with 4-5 days onsite at our Hawthorne office, you will lead search strategy, market mapping, and negotiations, while maintaining
Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive/leadership search experience.
- Experience closing VP and C-suite roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and senior stakeholder engagements.
- Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define leadership needs.
- Develop and execute search strategies for senior roles including C-suite.
- Engage passive candidates and manage full-cycle executive searches.
- Provide market intel, compensation guidance, and strategy recommendations.
- Maintain confidential, high-stakes search processes and pipeline metrics.
