Job summary

PNC is seeking an Executive Protection Agent based in Pittsburgh to safeguard senior executives during domestic and international assignments. The role requires extensive experience in high-threat security, advanced tactical skills, and the ability to coordinate with legal, risk, and corporate communications teams.

Candidates should bring strong investigative, planning, and incident response capabilities, with a focus on protecting leadership while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in law enforcement, executive protection, dignitary protection, or high-threat security operations preferred.
• Federal protective agency experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess and react to potential risks/threats to protect at-risk PNC employees (CEO, Exec Committee, Board).
• Perform executive protection and logistic support for domestic and international travel.
• Site surveys, security and access control planning, and maintaining knowledge of security orders/laws.
• Create comprehensive security plans for trips/events and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Work independently with high attentiveness and energy; support security training and brief leadership.
