Job summary

ADP's Global Security Organization (GSO) within Corporate Investigations is hiring Lead Investigative / Executive Protection Agents to join its team in Roseland, New Jersey. You will provide protective and investigative services to safeguard executives, associates, data and assets.

You will plan and conduct investigations, assess threats, interview witnesses, liaison with law enforcement, and prepare detailed reports while collaborating with legal and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of law enforcement, military, or industry security experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills; ability to interact with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document all aspects of physical protection.
• Assess threats and develop safety plans for executives and associates.
• Interview persons of interest and witnesses.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal law enforcement.
• Prepare detailed reports of complex investigations.
• Interface with management, corporate counsel, and HR.
• Provide fact witness testimony in legal matters.
• Contribute to development of new investigative processes and technologies.
