Job description

Highlights:

• Contract Duration: 3 months agency contract
• Salary range: $3600 - $4500 (based on experience)
• Nearest MRT: Newton
• Working hours: Monday – Friday; 830am – 6pm

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement
• Experience in Public Service would be an advantage.

Description:

• Planning and managing the procurement of a suitable event organiser including liaising with relevant stakeholders, drafting of procurement specifications for a new tender.
• Coordinate project registration process, including procuring professional services to file the application, and liaising with relevant stakeholders and legal teams.
• Maintain website operations, such as regular reviewing of user access rights
• Coordinate with the IT team and other stakeholders for server infrastructure transition facilitation
• Other duties as assigned.
