• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and position the company competitively in domestic and international markets.
• Oversee the sales operations across regions and sectors.
• Manage key accounts and build relationships with large-scale buyers
• Strengthen the brand positioning in the steel industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Executive, Executive etc.
• Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic guidance.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with industry norms, trade regulations, and ethical standards.

Prefer candidate who have experience in steel industry only
