Qualifications

• 20+ years of proven senior executive experience.
• Experience as a Program/Project manager, executive, or site lead.
• US citizen with a current DoD clearance.
• Experience in a small to medium company environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all company operations, driving growth, profitability, and enterprise strategy.
• Manage finances, P&L, and relationships; assess potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with President and Board to define corporate objectives and alignment.
• Assess organizational structure, staffing, and succession planning.
• Support leadership development and accountability across the organization.
• Promote accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Report key performance indicators to the Board and President.
• Coordinate with VP Operations and VP of Engineering on bid priorities and resource alignment.
• Support business development and participate in proposal development for large contracts.
• Ensure staff support for successful completion of research projects.
