Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite complex new and renewal commercial lines accounts.
• Evaluate risks across GL, WC, property, auto, and package lines.
• Manage a high-volume agency portfolio with increased authority.
• Collaborate with independent agents to provide solutions while maintaining profitability.
• Review applications, loss histories, and financial data to determine risk.
• Communicate underwriting appetite and pricing decisions to partners.
• Participate in agency reviews and growth strategies.
• Build relationships with agency partners through responsive service.
• Monitor marketplace trends and emerging risks to support decisions.
