Qualifications

- Experience leading $10M+ annual revenue operations.
- Proven success coaching and inspiring culinary teams.
- Strong P&L, budgeting and cost-control expertise.
- Comfort with modern kitchen and inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee culinary operations across multiple venues and service styles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large culinary management team.
- Ensure daily service quality and success of large events.
- Maintain client relationships and gather guest feedback.
- Manage budgets, purchasing, labor, and inventory to hit targets.
- Champion a from-scratch, creative culinary program tailored to the location.
