Qualifications

• Associates typically have 0-4 years of full-time work experience, while Consultants generally have 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD).
• Please note: any degree programs (including part‑time) must be completed before starting at BCG.

Responsibilities

• Work on cases that reshape business, government, and society, collaborating on challenging projects with teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Projects vary in length, size, and location; travel internationally is possible as the client’s needs require.
