Senior Executive Assistant, Risk Strategy and Governance

Join the Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) CFO organization at JPMorgan, supporting the firm's Chief Risk Officer, RM&C CFO, and the Risk Operating Committee. The Risk Strategy & Governance team provides strategic support, insightful analysis, and manages top-level Risk Committees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for the firm’s senior Risk Committees and key C-Suite forums, including scheduling, attendance confirmation, and prep meetings.
  • Maintain complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, organize internal events and offsites.
  • Process expenses, prepare meeting materials, and proactively handle regular activities.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and communication.
  • Coordinate team updates, agendas, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives.
  • Resourceful team player capable of working independently.
  • Discretion handling confidential information, excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive problem solver, digitally savvy, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry.

This role requires five days in the office (Monday-Friday).
