Overview

ChristianaCare is looking for a full-time Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive level administrative support to the Campus President to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency; supports executive with strategic system-wide functions/programs. Primary point of contact for internal and external interactions. The role requires an independent thinker and leader who can function effectively in a rapidly growing and changing environment with strong attention to detail, a passion for service, and highly effective communications. Hours: Day Shift.

Responsibilities
  • Provide departmental coordination activities including, but not limited to scheduling, team workforce management and administration.
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the senior executive, on matters related to the executive's programmatic initiatives.
  • Provide a link for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Aid in anticipating the executive\'s needs and ensure the executive is prepared for daily activities; plan and coordinate the executive\'s complex calendar of events; schedule appointments, speaking engagements, conferences, and others, and prepare detailed itineraries with necessary arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive, including attending meetings, taking meeting summaries, preparing agendas, typing, drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings and rooms, maintaining an up-to-date filing system, screening calls, taking messages, preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Arrange travel and compile reimbursement documentation; complete corporate credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain supply inventory and oversee timekeeping and Workday/Kronos reporting as needed.
  • Research and complete special projects/assignments; support system-wide strategic initiatives as required.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues; determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a well-organized, clean, and smoothly functioning administration suite environment through proactive support and attention to detail.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a business college program in Business Administration, Office Administration, Liberal Arts, Human Services, or a related field, preferred.
  • Five years administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior level executive.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual Compensation Range: $73,611.20 - $117,790.40. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare\'s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
