Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support key members of our leadership team. You will manage high-profile calendars, coordinate global travel, and act as a trusted gatekeeper with discretion and professionalism.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and the EA network to ensure alignment of priorities and communications, drive strategic initiatives, and enable leadership to focus on high-impact decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP+ level executive in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars, global travel, and event planning using Google Suite (G Suite).
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan high-stakes engagements, including executive offsites and global All-Hands meetings, with logistics and follow-through.
  • Partner with senior leaders and the EA network to align priorities, calendars, and communications.
  • Apply structured program and project management approaches to drive execution across key initiatives.
  • Anticipate shifting priorities, identify risks, and implement solutions for momentum.
  • Manage a high-volume, complex calendar across global time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expenses.
  • Gatekeeper and representative, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare leadership for meetings with the right context, materials, and alignment.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritization and real-time decisions for leadership.

Job Summary

As the Senior Executive Assistant to key members of our leadership team, you will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level support while exercising strong judgment, discretion, and executive presence. You will play a critical role in enabling the key members of our leadership team, navigating complex priorities, and operating seamlessly across senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan high-stakes engagements, including executive offsites, and global All-Hands meetings. Define agendas, manage complex logistics, and drive post-event follow-through and accountability.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders and the EA network to ensure alignment across priorities, calendars, and communications.

  • Apply structured program and project management approaches to drive execution across key business initiatives.

  • Anticipate shifting priorities, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum for the leadership team.

  • Manage a high-volume, complex calendar, exercising strong judgment to prioritize competing demands across global time zones.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, visa requirements, and expense management.

  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and representative, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

  • Ensure the key members of our leadership team is fully prepared for meetings and engagements with the appropriate context, materials, and alignment.

  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritization and real-time decision-making on behalf of the key members of our leadership team.

  • Concept and plan large-scale internal events and leadership sessions that foster culture and alignment across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the EA community to share best practices, drive consistency, and elevate executive support across the organization.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP+ level executive in a fast-paced, global organization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars, global travel, and event planning using Google Suite (G Suite).

  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey a professional image and represent the organization effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to address multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Travel will be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience working within a high-growth technology or cybersecurity company.

  • A highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective and take initiative when working independently.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. $109,500.00 - $177,100.00/yr
