Columbia Bank is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to multiple executive leaders. You will manage calendars, travel, board meeting logistics, and confidential information with discretion.
The role requires 5+ years of executive support experience, including board interactions, and a strong proficiency in MS Office. Banking experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and travel as needed.
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple executive leaders. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and requires independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex, confidential, and competing priorities.
You are an experienced executive assistant who brings professionalism, confidence, and discretion to every interaction. You are comfortable supporting multiple senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.

Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
