• Engage with clients to identify underlying problems and opportunities from a financial and operational perspective.
• Determine real costs of underlying problems from a P&L standpoint and guide profit-improving actions.
• Challenge business owners and facilitate improvement through persuasive, data-driven discussions.
• Travel 48 weeks per year to client sites across the nation, maintaining client relationships and delivering results.

Working on-site with clients, you’ll collaborate with owners of privately held small- to medium-sized businesses to identify underlying problems and implement real-time, profit-guaranteed solutions. This role demands resilience, confidence, and the ability to have tough conversations outside your comfort zone.

This position is perfect for those with a competitive edge and is comparable to roles such as Analyst, Consultant, VP of Sales, Financial Analyst, Business Executive, Operations Manager, or Turnaround Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with “Type A” personalities and hold clients accountable for truthful answers
• Determine the real costs of underlying problems from a P&L perspective
• Challenge business owners and facilitate improvement
• 100% domestic travel, approximately 48 weeks per year
